2017 Awards

The Devon Environmental Awards 2017

The Devon Environmental awards are held every year to pay tribute to the organisations of any size in the Devon region, encompassing business, the public sector, community and education and their efforts to operate in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.

DEBI Chairman, Johno Smith said:

“Over the last 25 years, many businesses have excelled, not only in protecting the environment, but enhancing it too.  Many charities, social enterprises and community groups have been set up within the voluntary sector as an interface between people and the environment.  Our Awards judges never fail to be impressed by the strength of the commitment and the clear demonstration of environmental awareness and best practice.

DEBI would like to thank all our wonderful sponsors for their support of the Awards, which ensures that they continue to be free to enter and attend.  Once again we are hugely grateful to the Met Office for generously hosting this evening.”
